Bertina (Tina) Brewster Tina Brewster, Senior Secretary, joined the staff of the School of Architecture in late 2002 and serves as secretary to the faculty. Prior to coming to FAMU, Ms. Brewster was a legal secretary for a law firm. While there, she earned a Bachelor of Science in criminology with a minor in political science at Florida State University in Tallahassee. Originally from Clewiston, FL, Tina moved to West Palm Beach, FL where she attended and graduated from high school. In the near future, she plans to obtain a master's degree in public policy and work in the juvenile justice system developing policy to help young children. Ms. Brewster's responsibilities include: answering the telephone, word processing, mailing promotional materials, processing mail, ordering supplies, completing travel requests and reimbursement vouchers, and assisting faculty and students as needed. |
