The Architecture Resource Center—“The Library”

The Architecture Branch Library is a satellite of and under the jurisdiction of the FAMU Samuel H. Coleman Memorial Library. The collection includes over 20,000 books, 48,000 slides, and 62 current periodical subscriptions with extensive back files of 102 bound periodicals and archives. It also provides audio-visual support with audio and video cassettes and CD-ROMs available. Other non-book resources include plans, drawings, examples of class projects, models, and materials samples. Many of the current class texts, technical journals, scholarship information, reference materials, etc. are on reserve. The library has a reading/conference room, many reading areas, and Internet access. Daily operation schedules are posted at the entrance.
