Scholarships and Awards Scholarships Florida A & M University offers a variety of scholarship opportunities for students throughout the university. Students or prospective students interested in information about these university-wide scholarships should visit the Web site on the FAMU Grants and Scholarships Program. This site includes information on the major programs. The University Catalog includes additional information about a variety of other scholarship opportunities. The School of Architecture Scholarship Program is primarily funded through the Legislature of the State of Florida and is contingent upon annual funding by that body. It is available to architecture and landscape architecture students only. In the past, funds have been provided for both new and continuing students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Awards Each year, the School of Architecture faculty select students as recipients of a number of awards for academic achievement and service. These are voted on by the entire faculty and announced at the end of the spring semester. They take a variety of forms. Some are awards given through national and state organizations. Others are funded through private sources such as alumni firms. Still others are created by the School and funded accordingly.
