Eduardo "Lalo" Robles

Eduardo "Lalo" Robles has been a faculty member of the Florida A & M University School of Architecture since August 1994. Prior to coming to FAMU, Professor Robles was a Visiting Critic at Rice University in Houston, Texas. He has practiced in Texas, New York, and now in Florida. Professor Robles is a native of Chile, from the southern city of Punta Arenas. He went to college in Buenos Aires, Argentina; attended classes in The Rusking College of Drawing and Fine Arts in Oxford, England; went to graduate school in art at University of California, San Diego; and went back to graduate school in architecture at Rice University.

Lalo Robles teaches architecture design studio at the first-year undergraduate and at the graduate level. He also teaches a furniture design workshop. His interests are related to art, design, and the urbanism and architecture of Latin America.
