Bachelor of Architecture Program Description

The School of Architecture offers an accredited Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) program designed for those who wish to earn a professional degree in architecture. Eligible candidates must have earned the equivalent of a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies degree. The BArch qualifies graduates to pursue licensure as registered architects. The primary mission of the BArch program is to prepare students for the practice of architecture. The School fulfills this mission in exciting and imaginative ways involving students in community design issues, problems, and needs through studio projects and support courses. The students are responsible for using the School and faculty as rich resources in the development of their professional interests.
