Landscape Architecture Program Accreditation

The Master of Landscape Architecture program is fully accreditated by the Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board (LAAB.) LAAB Accreditation is a voluntary system of self-regulation managed by the LAAB and based on the core concept of program self-evaluation. Each program is evaluated on the basis of its stated objectives and compliance to externally mandated minimum standards. The program periodically conducts a self-study to evaluate how well it is meeting its educational goals and subsequently undergoes an accreditation site visit. Through the site visit, the LAAB provides an independent assessment of the program. For additional information on the accreditation process, read the ASLA Policy Statement on Accreditation or go to The Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board (LAAB) website.
